Processing Time

Each piece from BRENNMORE is handmade to order. Please allow 4-6 business days (excludingweekends) for us to prepare your order for shipment. If you have a specific deadline or needexpedited shipping, contact us at support@brennmorejewelry.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping and Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:


1. Return Request Window
Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@brennmorejewelry.com to obtain return authorization.
Once authorized, you must ship the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return
Only new and unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible.
Please use an insured, trackable courier service and keep your shipping receipt.
BRENNMORE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Include a note with your name and invoice number inside the package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
No restocking fees are charged.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

4. Store Credit Policy

If you do not contact us within 5 days of delivery,you will not be eligible for a refund.
However, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Conditions of Return

Please return items in their original packaging using an insured, trackable courier and keep your receipt. BRENNMORE is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. Include a note with your name and invoice number. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm that
your refund has been processed. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective: Custom or personalized orders

Cancellations and Address Changes

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Address changes can be made anytime before shipment. Contact us directly at support@brennmorejewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
