Processing Time
Each piece from BRENNMORE is handmade to order. Please allow 4-6 business days (excludingweekends) for us to prepare your order for shipment. If you have a specific deadline or needexpedited shipping, contact us at support@brennmorejewelry.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
We offer returns and exchanges with ease. To initiate a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days. For return authorization, email us at support@brennmorejewelry.com; refunds are only processed with prior authorization. Returns made after 14 days are eligible for store credit up to 30 days post-delivery.
Conditions of Return
Please return items in their original packaging using an insured, trackable courier and keep your receipt. BRENNMORE is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. Include a note with your name and invoice number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm that
your refund has been processed. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective: Custom or personalized orders
Cancellations and Address Changes
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Address changes can be made anytime before shipment. Contact us directly at support@brennmorejewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
