Shipping and Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once authorized, items must be shipped back within this period.
2. Conditions for Return
Only new and unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible.
Please use an insured, trackable shipping service and retain your receipt.
BRENNMORE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Kindly include your name and invoice number inside the package.
Return shipping is complimentary for US orders.
For all other regions, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
No restocking fees are applied.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
4. Store Credit
Returns requested within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for either a refund or store credit.

Conditions of Return
Please return items in their original packaging using an insured, trackable courier and keep your receipt. BRENNMORE is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. Include a note with your name and invoice number. Shipping charges are non-refundable
Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm that
your refund has been processed. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.
