Where will my order be dispatched from? / How long will it take for my order to be processed?
US orders will be shipped via USPS from our fulfillment partner in Connecticut to expedite delivery. Orders from the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia will be dispatched from our central office in London.
Important Note for International Buyers
You may need to pay VAT, import, and clearance fees before your package is delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for these additional charges.
All BRENNMORE styles are meticulously handmade in our London studio. As each item is made to order, please allow 4-6 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before your order is shipped. If you have a specific deadline or need expedited shipping, feel free to contact us via the chat button.
Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, please follow these guidelines:
- Remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, or swimming, especially in the sea, pool, or hot tub.
- Avoid wearing jewelry during physical activities such as cleaning, gardening, or exercising.
- Keep jewelry away from household cleaning products, particularly bleach and other reactive chemicals.
- Do not apply perfume, hairspray, or other sprays directly onto gemstones or pearls, as these can damage the material.
- Take off your jewelry when applying makeup or creams to prevent residue from affecting the texture or setting.
- Residue can dull the shine of your pieces.
- Protect your jewelry from extreme temperatures and humidity.
Sizing Details
For the most accurate ring size, we recommend visiting a jewelry store for a professional measurement. If that's not an option, you can measure your size at home using paper, a ruler, and scissors by following the instructions in this video:

Custom and Personalized Orders
We offer a FREE custom design and engraving service.
We’re excited to assist with any design ideas you have or help recreate a cherished piece you’ve lost. Feel free to share images or sketches of your concept.
Before we start production, we will provide a rendered image and design with measurements for your approval.
We can also customize our rings to complement your engagement or solitaire rings for a perfect stack.

Rush Orders - Production Time
We’re pleased to accommodate rush orders for both domestic and international customers. To ensure we can meet your deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that rush orders incur a fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to the fastest shipping method. Rush orders are non-refundable.

Where is my order? / What if my order gets lost?
USPS and Royal Mail typically take 1-2 days to update tracking information initially.
If you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away so we can assist in resolving the issue.
If your item has not been marked as delivered and has not arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will replace your order at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for losses incurred by the delivery service.
Once an item is marked as 'Delivered' by the delivery service, BRENNMORE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Warranty
BRENNMORE offers a 365-day warranty on all products. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, so please reach out to us if you encounter any issues.
Exchanges & Returns
To exchange or return an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide a brief explanation for the request.
We offer affordable shipping and labor costs for exchanges. For any issues, please get in touch with our team.
Please note that personalized/custom orders and damaged items cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order after placing it? / Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any fee. After this period, a 10% restocking fee will apply to all canceled items, as each piece is handmade and cancellations during production impact our small business.
You can request an address change anytime before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly on chat button for assistance.
