All of our products are handmade to order, which takes 4–6 business days. Once shipped, the product will arrive within a further 2–4 business days. We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn or unused items.

All items must be returned unused and in brand new condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always recommend that our clients use a trackable, fully insured shipping method.

Items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

Q: Can this be purchased as a size you do not offer on the website? 

A: We can certainly make it in a size that is not offered in our shop. Please get in touch with us to inquire about the custom size.

Q: How can I determine my size?

A: We recommend visiting a local jewelry store for the most accurate sizing, as at-home measurements may not be precise. If that’s not an option, feel free to contact us for assistance. You can also check out our blog post on how to find your perfect ring size for more detailed guidance.

Q: What type of stones are used in your products?

A: We use high-quality Lab Diamonds, known for their exceptional brilliance, purity, and ethical sourcing. In our Vermeil collection, we also use AAA Grade Cubic Zirconia stones that offer a brilliant sparkle and durability. Each stone is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. If you prefer a different gemstone, we can fully customize your piece to match your vision.

Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color?

A: Almost all of our pieces are made with 14k Solid Gold, and we also offer some designs in 10k Gold. These solid gold pieces will not tarnish or change color over time. Our Vermeil collection features 14k Gold Vermeil, which has a thicker layer of gold over sterling silver, making it more durable and longer-lasting than standard gold plating. We also offer some designs in plain Sterling Silver (without the vermeil coating) for those who prefer a classic silver finish. All of our products are crafted with high-quality materials to ensure lasting beauty and durability.

To keep your jewelry looking brand new, remember these simple tips:

• For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewelry: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time. 
• Examine your jewelry regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing your jewelry until repaired.
• Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.
