How to Measure Your Ring Size

How to Measure Your Ring Size

Finding the perfect ring size is essential for both comfort and style! Whether you're shopping for yourself or picking out a gift, knowing the right size makes all the difference. Here are some easy ways to measure your ring size.

Ways to Measure Your Ring Size

1. Visit Your Local Jeweler

Jewellery stores have professional ring sizers. A quick visit to your local jeweller lets you try on different sizes and get the most accurate measurement. If you want a hassle-free method, this is the way to go!

2. Buy a Ring Size Tool Online

If you're serious about ring shopping, consider investing in a ring-size tool. These affordable tools can help you measure your size accurately and can be used for future purchases, too!

3. Print a Ring Size Chart

You can print the table to measure the rings that you already have at home, and then place your order for your engagement ring. Do not forget, the “inner” diameter that counts. So you should not start measuring from the “outside” of the ring band. You can check your ring size using different measurement units with our detailed size chart.

4. Use a String and a Ruler

No tools? No problem! Grab a piece of string (at least 3 inches / 8 cm) and a ruler, then
follow these steps:

● Wrap the string around the base of your finger.
● Mark where the string overlaps.
● Lay it flat and measure it with a ruler.
● Use our ring size chart to find your size!

Helpful Tips for Accurate Measurements

● Measure midday – Fingers tend to swell overnight, so measuring during the middle
of the day gives the best result.
● Consider ring width – Wider rings (over 4.5mm) fit snugger, so you might want to
go 0.25 size bigger for comfort.
