Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent via Certified Mail. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days, minus shipping costs. Custom items and solid gold pieces are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
Product Delivery
We ship orders via DHL/FedEx or other tracked providers. The carrier will attempt delivery twice. If an item is uncollected, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged for return shipping. Inspect your delivery for any missing items before accepting the parcel.
