A: We can certainly make it in a size that is not offered in our shop. Please get in touch with us to inquire about the custom size.

A: We recommend visiting a local jewelry store for the most accurate sizing, as at-home measurements may not be precise. If that’s not an option, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Q: What type of stones are used in your products?

A: We use high quality Lab diamonds, known for their outstanding sparkle, purity, and ethical sourcing. Each diamond is carefully selected to ensure exceptional quality. If you prefer a different gemstone, we can fully customize your piece to match your vision.

Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color?

A: All our products are 14k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.

To keep your jewelry looking brand new, remember these simple tips:

• For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewelry: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time. 
• Examine your jewelry regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing your jewelry until repaired.
• Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at support@brennmorejewelry.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
• The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
